Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Engineer 3 for an opening in Orlando, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop updates to test station's hardware and software on AGMS. This effort includes developing test station updates, supporting system integration/test activities, verifying and validating test stations. Desire to have experience troubleshooting complex CCA's with analog and digital components. Desire to have programming experience with Labview or Lab Windows CVI, and TestStand. This effort requires someone who can work with other E&T dept's to review requirements and develop strong technical solutions. Will require travel to Ocala to implement changes, certification and post-certification support.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in Test Engineering, System Engineering, and/or RF Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Related Field. Required Technical Skills/responsibilities: Five years of experience designing test equipment and modifying test software using NI LabVIEW/TestStand CVI or C+ from Test Requirements for electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems for acceptance testing by test operators. - Experience working in a lab and factory environment. - Ability to read specifications and/or statements of work and design test systems - Ability to design in collaboration with internal and external manufacturing and support functions.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint

Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 1st Shift
Full-Time


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
