Chipton-Ross is seeking an Internal Technical Trainer for an opportunity in Sierra Vista, AZ.
Develop Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) and High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) courseware using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process. Develop training for formal classroom, field training, mobile training, and difference training environments. Create and conduct training for programs using ISD processes. Align training development to program engineering activities and tasks for quick reaction and acquisition development tasks for unmanned systems.
ISD/ADDIE process for Training Development.
Adult Education/Military Training Instructor (Basic Instructor).
Manned / Unmanned Aircraft Systems Pilot / Operator / Sensor Operator / Maintainer.
Training Development Software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe, Animate).
Use of Learning Content Management Systems / Administration.
Military Training Certification (e.g., Senior Instructor, Master Instructor).
Unmanned Aircraft Operator / Maintainer Experience (e.g., MALE / HALE).
Unmanned Aircraft System Operator / Sensor Operator / Maintainer.
Network + Certification / Security + Certification / IAT Level II Certification.
Learning / Content Management Systems Administration.
Interactive Training Facilitation (IMI/CBT/eLearning/VR-AR).
Acquisition Military Training / Logistics.
High school degree.
School must be accredited.
