Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Expediter for an opening in Hawthorne, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform duties and tasks related to the movement of Skins and Skin Panels to Manufacturing. Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments.
Responsible for receiving, verifying completeness of Work Orders, counting, storing and inputting into Inventory System, accurate Inventory counts and location records for all part numbers received into their user deliver to unit and for day to day customer service, kitting and Stockroom security. Duties include Inventory Reconciliation, Daily Audits, Cycle Counts, Aging Transit to Stock and No Location Reports. Skin movement within the factory and Skin Van loading and unloading.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum lifting requirement of 25 pounds, to a lifting distance of 3-5 feet and lifting height of 6 feet. Forklift, Skin Hanging, Electric & Propane licenses are issued as required. Must have a High School Diploma or an Accredited GED and 1 year of relevant experience working in Aeronautics and/or Manufacturing. Prior experience working in a stockroom with inventory management is preferred. A proficiency in MS Office applications is required. Previous experience with SAP and/or ERP software is desired.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
