Candidate supports production, business and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Develop non-geometric tooling data packages (e.g., tool usage instructions, procurement information, test plan, etc.). Develop, authorize and implements alternative methods and interim solutions for tools to meet functional requirements. Analyzes and revise preventive maintenance requirements and documentation proposals for tools and tooling, Assist the cross functional and core team members to review and analyze tooling technical evaluations, implementation schedules and cost proposals from the NGC supplier base. Perform cost analysis on proposed TCCB packages in order to mitigate future cost uppers. Liaison between the manufacturing engineering tooling organization program planning and I.E. to develop implementation schedules. Candidate will assist in creating, developing company policies, procedures, and provide training within the core skill areas to manufacturing teams and peers.
Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time, able to work in a manufacturing environment during specified work hours, be able to change/ support physical location changes based on need & able to work within a shop environmental conditions.

Must have 2 Years relevant experience with Bachelors or 1 Year with Masters.
Experience working within team having the ability to communicate with various levels of leadership/suppliers.
Experience in working with internal and external suppliers.
Experience with generating schedules and work plans to meet scheduled commitments.
Experience with EVMS (Earn Value Management System) tracking and status reporting, in support of customer and internal audits, manage cost and schedule data.
Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MES, and MPM & SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace manufacturing experience is a preferred.
Experience in manufacturing scheduling and responsibilities preferred.
Ability to work independently in order to meet short term requests and provide reporting on multiple programs to a variety of customers with limited supervision is preferred

Bachelor's OR Master's degree is required.
School must be accredited.
