Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Applications Specialist for an opening in Fremont, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for participating as a team member to apply and support immunoassays to various chemistry analyzers in a laboratory environment.
Develops and validates application protocols for Client assays on chemistry analyzers to support direct sales and OEM business development. Compiles, analyzes, documents and presents data. Assists TSRs and sales reps in the installation and troubleshooting of Client assay applications on customers' analyzers. Writes application reports, abstracts and posters. Reviews application sheets and regulatory submissions. Travel to customer/OEM partner(s) as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Good organizational skills and multi-tasking skills. Excellent computer skills, to include, Excel & Word. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation and customer-interaction skills. Experience running automated analyzers a plus. Normally receives minimal to no instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS degree in chemistry, biochemistry or biological sciences or equivalent with 0-2 years experience in medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.

WORK HOURS:
1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
