- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Admin for an opening in Waltham, MA.
This is primarily a data entry role.
The qualified applicant will become part of Client's HR Technology Services team supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role is responsible for entering and maintaining worker data from outside HCM systems to Client's Workday system. This includes data entry from templates, and potentially EIB imports for higher volume transactions. Requisite skillsets include general knowledge and understanding of HR processes and intermediate Excel and Workday knowledge.
o Daily maintenance of key data points between two HCM applications through direct data inputs and mass data loads.
o Comprehensive understanding of the business processes as well as a strong working rapport with business users.
o Responding to inquiries from business users to resolve data and other issues that may come up periodically.
o Support business users for reporting and integration files used to keep outside systems in sync with Client Workday. Standard reports will be written to support the effort.
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:Minimum of 1+ years of Workday experience including data maintenance, and reporting.
o Hands on experience with managing data using Excel; data analysis, standardization, clean up, consolidation and audit.
o IT experience in support of human resource processes such as employee data management, organizational structure management and compensation
o Knowledge of HCM system integration points with payroll, benefits, ATS and other third party applications
o Team-oriented individual who demonstrates initiative and leadership skills; able to work independently
o Excellent analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to quickly learn new areas
o Excellent MS Excel skills (vLookups, pivot tables, validation, formulas)
o Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
o Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
o Highly self-motivated and directed. Ability to multi task
o Logical and efficient; keen attention to detail; high energy/sense of urgency
o Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
