Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Office Administrator B's for openings in Everett, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibilities:
•Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of resources.
•Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
•Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication. Prepares reports, presentations and flow charts.
•Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
•Maintains staffing assignments in appropriate system including team lead rosters and shift preference lists, and issues correspondence for any necessary changes.
•Focal for activities related to records information management.
•Plans the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
•Orders and maintains office supplies.
•Coordinates and processes domestic and international travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
•Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature.
•Plans and implements logistics for internal and external events and meetings.
•Works under general supervision.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
We are seeking people willing and flexible to work a schedule as needed by the business. The typical 8-hour shift will begin between 5:30am-6:00am however leadership works all three shifts and may require assistance occasionally during non-standard hours.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
