Northrop Grumman seeks an experienced University Recruiter to foster and develop strategic relationships with assigned universities and hire the top students for our Aerospace Systems sector. This is an opportunity to join an amazing Talent Acquisition team that is dedicated to driving innovation and building the best workforce for the future for Northrop Grumman. In this highly visible role, Senior Leadership will call upon you to be the University Relations and Recruiting and Talent Acquisition subject matter expert. Responsibilities include consulting with hiring teams to build strategic hiring plans, sourcing top talent from our core Universities, executing campus recruiting events, screening and presenting high-potential candidates to hiring teams, recruit coordination of campus interviews, present offers of employment and ensure seamless acclimation of entry level talent across the Aerospace Systems sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business or related field of study.
Must have 6 years of experience (4 years with a Master's degree) in recruiting, human resources and/or organizational effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business or related field of study is required.
School must be accredited.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
