Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Accountant for an opening in Grand Prairie, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will support the general accounting manager in the daily task to ensure and reinforce the accuracy of the accountancy with the support of the shared services.
Support the monthly closing tasks.
Review the actual methodology and processes implemented to improve it.
Work actively with the other departments of the company
General ledger
Accounts receivable
Accounts payables
Treasury
Taxes
Capital Expenditures

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 + years of progressive accountancy background / CPA required
SAP Fi knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Work as a team
Knowledge of industrial business
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent experience in a related field.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
