Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Associate Facilities Technician for an opportunity in Lexington Park, MD

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning, managing and resolving customer requests and inquiries related to the operations that occur at a facility which may include facilities planning, design, construction, allocation of offices and furniture, food services, janitorial, landscaping, move services and maintenance or repair activities. In addition, Facility Operations functions may also include office service activities such as mail services, forms management, reprographics and office supplies. Applies policies,
procedures and best practice processes to support facilities management and office services activities. Under direct supervision, assigned daily work. Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations. Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

EDUCATION:
Accredited HS Diploma

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
