Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer for an opening in Philadelphia, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The need is not in the actual programming, but rather in the verification and validation of existing code or code in process.
Candidate to be proficient in the use of Pspice as well as Matlab/Simulink 2018. These tools will be used in the modeling and analysis of various power conversion system operating conditions and scenarios. Scenarios to include converter performance during source variation/transient and load variations/transients.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must be familiar with SDLC and traceability.

Code Inspections
SciTools Understand Static Code Analysis
MISRA C 2012 Coding Standard
C# Coding Standards
Writing and Running SW Validation Procedures
Atlassian Jira and Crucible

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
