Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Property Administrator 1 for an opening in Camden, AR.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition. Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms. CRC of Bronze or higher will need to be included with resume.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Ability to work in ordnance facility. Ability to climb on ladder to clean spider webs, change light bulbs, etc. Ability to work around cleaning chemicals. Ability to work overtime as needed. CRC of Bronze or higher will need to be provided with resume.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
4/10, 1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
