Chipton-Ross is seeking a Card Services Processor I for an opportunity in Gardena, CA.
Under close direction will be responsible for card & pin orders & return plastics. Process monthly ATM card renewals. Review daily reports to include Pledges, Non-matching SS numbers, suffix validation, missing micro number & assure policy/procedure compliance.
Process/open new Visa Debit/ATM card accounts, blocking lost/stolen cards, pin & duplicate card orders & card ordering, payments, monthly reissues, report lost/stolen cards, billing errors, etc.
Verify accuracy of member data relating to card re-ordering and new account set-up
Process changes related to Visa Debit/ATM card accounts.
Prepare and process plastic card status to Fiserv system via authorization center.
Handle all Courtesy Pay accounts that are eligible for overdraft services.
Mailing out letters, suspend services, fee reversals & payment arrangements.
Provide support in various areas as needed.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Two years' experience within a financial institution must be knowledgeable in Credit Union policies and procedures.
General knowledge of computer data base system and some Microsoft Windows.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
High School degree/GED.
8AM to 5PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
