Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator, Journeyman for an opportunity in
Point Mugu, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Between 3 to 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS or BA degree in I a Computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree, or 4 additional years of work experience with a relevant Associate’s Degree.


WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
