Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Admin Functional Support 3 for an opportunity in Azusa, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs variety of activities in support of program/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Provides support to ensure customer requests are processed and closed on prior to customer visits. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Must be familiar with Concur in support of program teams travel activities. Maintains calendars for multiple conference rooms and facilitates the execution of weekly customer meetings/teleconferences. Provides data and information to others on program/functional unit processes and procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma plus 4 years of administrative duties experience.

EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 workweek

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
