Chipton-Ross is seeking an Internal Control Process Coordinator for an opening in Peachtree City, GA.

In accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations and the company Companies policies, procedures and guidelines, the individual's duties and responsibilities, which may be amended at management's discretion, are as follows:

o Internal controls testing; Supports the planning and timely execution of the operational testing of controls for the Group's Internal Control Processes. Monitors and follows up on the timely completion of all management testing in the area of responsibility.

o Internal controls processes; Coordinates activities to deploy and maintain a system of internal control for all units operating within Safran Aerosystems Services Americas in line with Group standards.

o Remediation activities; Monitors and guides management in the timely and sustainable
remediation of deficiencies. Supports assessment of deficiencies and their underlying causes, prepares relevant analyses and sponsors remediation and sustainable elimination of causes of deficiency.

o Audit; Audits and supports activities of internal and external auditors, monitors and facilitates timely implementation of defined management action plans identified as part of audits in the area of internal controls.

o Reporting; Maintain Internal Control tool (ICARE) to communicate the management of Internal Audits, Internal Control and the associated Recommendations and Action Plans. Submit executive summaries to senior management.

o BA in accounting or finance and 3 to 5 years' experience in the field of internal audit. International corporate or international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) experience is a plus

o Experience working with international staff-level accounting personnel is a plus

o Experience preparing risk assessment analyses and developing working papers to perform tests of accounting records, internal controls, and accounting systems to ensure compliance with regulations, accounting principles, cost accounting standards, and contract/agreement provisions

o Excellent written and oral communications skills. Functional French-speaker is a plus

o Preference for: CPA/CIA certification

o Ability to sustain interpersonal and professional relationships with internal colleagues and contacts in group organizations

o Strong Project Management skills (planning and time management)

o Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to make a presentation

o Ability to multitask with ease, adapting to frequently changing priorities

o Knowledge in determining Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, U.S. export jurisdiction (ITAR/ECCN) classification, country of origin, U.S. customs valuation, and clearance procedures

o Experience with ERP systems

o MS Office Suite: Advanced Excel (proficient using charts, V-look-up, and pivot tables), and intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint

o Skilled in root cause analysis and ability to make inferences of data under analysis and identify trends in operational statistics or financial records

o Strong organization skills and attention to detail

o Ability to balance multiple, competing priorities in a dynamic environment

o Ability to regularly commute by road between GA sties (25 miles each way)

Accredited BA in accounting or finance and 3 to 5 years' experience in the field of internal audit.

M-F 8:00A - 5:00P

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
