RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under supervision will be responsible for providing phone support to the members calling the call center. Provides counsel to new and existing members in regards to the various credit union products and services. Performs assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions as required. These transactions include, but are not limited to, member inquiries, processing mail, wire processing and authorized account changes. May assist members with opening new accounts (Regular Shares, Share Draft, Money Market, Term Accounts, IRAs, etc.). Responsible for staying current with all applicable policies and procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
One year experience within a financial institution with demonstrated success performing Teller functions. Basic knowledge of Teller functions, new accounts, member service, and loan products. Ability to professionally assist members with credit union products and services in accordance with all credit union policies and procedures. Basic knowledgeable of credit union products and services. Ability to manage the workflow under supervision. Effective organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and delivering a high quality of member service. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and strong knowledge of the credit union`s core system.

EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent.

HOURS:
9AM to 6PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
