Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Administrator 4 for an opening in Orlando, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Knowledge and experience with system administration of Linux and Windows systems
o Manage operating system upgrades and patching (Windows/Linux)
o Perform guidance and management for hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance on multiple architectures
o Ensure the integrity and availability of applications and coordinate new application installations, upgrades and customer support on the open-network and in classified areas.
o Responsible for implementing effective backup/recovery, resource
accounting, and auditing procedures.
o Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on varied IT hardware
o Validates system security requirements definition and analysis
o Verifies security requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Linux system administration (RedHat and CentOS) Patching and vulnerability remediation SCAP reports STIG settings

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016VMWare (ESXi server)Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 1st Shift
Full-Time
