Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Assistant Quality Coordinator for an opening in Mojave, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Partners with internal teams to ensure that decisions made by Quality Assurance team is scheduled to be regularly audited for accuracy and that performance feedback is being shared with the responsible teams
" As new Content Policies are being developed and prototyped, provides details to local teams around the impact of the policy change on the team's current work and surfaces gaps in knowledge, process, and technology between the intent of the Content Policy and how content review actually takes place
" Actively re-reviews decision accuracy audits to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies
" Communicates process documentation and aggregates feedback about the functionality of stamps, archives, logs, lost tools, and entry-level audits
Performs assignments specifically designed to prepare for higher level professional work. The Specialist will work with direct supervision from the Director of Quality Assurance to perform the work assignments.
o Assisting in the support of the Quality Assurance policies and procedures to provide professional staff support for the Director of Quality Assurance.
o Conducting research related to QA policy making and the work of Client standards and guidelines.
o Composing and reviewing memos, letters, email and other correspondence to QA Director as necessary.
o Maintaining the office's subject-matter database for stamp issuance, archiving, as-built, and NCR's for this position.
o Prepare and analyzes quality documentation
o Assists in archiving coordination
o Supports analyses for determining if MWI's are correctly stamped
o Performs documentation in support of quality assurance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
" Computer skills
" Microsoft office skills
" TIP QA
" Oracle
" Agile

Physical and/or Additional Requirements
" Must be able to work all shifts and available for overtime as well as weekends when needed.
" Must be able to stand for extended periods - 9 hours min.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
