Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Proposal Manager for an opportunity in Greenville, SC

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizes and provides guidance on the Proposal process. Creates contract compliance matrix, creates and manages the proposal schedule, participates in color team reviews and hosts the daily proposal calls. Responsible for overseeing the entire proposal process and ensuring proposals are delivered on time.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Candidate must possess at minimum, 8 years of Proposal Management Experience
• Able to work flexible work schedule and may require nights and weekends to meet proposal schedule.
• Must be familiar with USG Proposal Process to include flow of proposal, color teams, formatting, etc…

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/ 9/80A-1st
Must be able to work at a desk 8-12 hours a day; some CONUS travel may be required to support.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
