Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for an opening in Framingham, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate various process equipment including HPLC’s, Column Packing equipment, filling, labeling and packaging equipment according to written SOP’s and UOP’s
Utilize local control systems (PLC and Delta V) in accordance with SOP and UOP’s to carry out unit operations
Handle chemicals and waste in a safe and appropriate manner.
Perform routine maintenance on HPLC’s, filling, labeling and packaging equipment
Perform duties within the corporate EH&S Standards
Maintain batch and equipment records per department ’ s ISO 9001 and 13485 standards
Perform required in process testing to include conductivity, pH, moisture and size analysis
Place proper emphasis on safety and quality
Establish realistic job responsibilities within shift
Promote a performance oriented, productive work environment
Prioritize equipment utilization when necessary
Participation in process improvement and 5S projects

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
2nd Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
