- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Order Administrator for an opening in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsible for all order management aspects and satisfying customer requirements. This includes processing of quotations, complete processing of customer purchase orders, supporting service bulletin activity, return materials, and any other customer demands. Responsible for coordination through the entire organization. Maintenance of Customer Master order files and supporting all audit processes. Insuring Export Compliance. Coordination of support of Program Management, Sales, Customer Support Services, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Shipping/Traffic groups on a regular basis.
Application at a minimum must meet the requirements for the classification of Order Administrative Specialist II. Candidate must have a working knowledge of email, Word, and Excel programs. Knowledge of Visual Manufacturing is a plus. Hired candidate will be required to pass an ESD Certification module. Candidate should illustrate good verbal and written communications. Abilities include working with high demanding customers both internal and external. Qualified candidate should have a college degree or equivalent of 5 years experience in related fields.
Must have a strong ethic, as well as the flexibility and interpersonal skills to work within and support a team environment.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
9/80, 1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
