Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst for an opening in Fort Benning, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
-Managing Customer-Owned Equipment (COE) – seasonal/contingency items owned by the unit and managed by Unit Property Book Officers (PBOs)
-Conduct operations IAW Army regulations and Unit SOPs, consistent with local procedures.
-Assist the government staff with ensuring compliance with Army regulations and compatibility with Unit SOP
-Manage, requisition, receive, store, inventory, and issue (via surface and air) and maintain the accountability for standard and nonstandard land, amphibious and air mobility systems, communications and electronic devices, weapons, ordnance, Soldier systems and other general support material under heightened OPSEC.
-Provide shipping support to all material categories and using FedEx, USPS, GOCO Truck and Sprinter Vans.
-Provide storage of equipment to all material categories in warehouses.
-Provide packing and marking in accordance with DoD standards to include sensitive items, weapon systems, CCI, HAZMAT and HAZ Waste.
-Provide inventory management support.
-Schedule inventories, monitor progress, document results and perform causative research.
-Review MILSTRIP daily and submit, follow up on and document status of MILSTRIP requisitions using both email and GCSS-A.
-Assist the Government with managing receipts, including tracking due-in dates in a secure automated accounting system, performing updates to due-in/due-out reports, and performing research / coordination for non-standard items. Provide Procurement Status Report weekly.

REQUIREMENTS
-Be eligible to obtain DoD driving privileges within the GSA fleets.
-Be experienced with unit level supply functions and be knowledgeable of the Global Combat Supply Support-Army (GCSS-A) system.
-Be a graduate of the Army 92Y or 92A MOS producing school.
-Be familiar with WEBTAADS/WEBLOG/WEBLIDB.
-Be a graduate of the Army 92Y or 92A MOS producing school.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
