Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electrical/Avionics Technician 3 for an opportunity in Clearfield, UT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate's responsibilities include researching, developing and understanding electrical components and equipment system design. Candidate will be required to review aircraft electrical/avionic OEM drawings. Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks for the A-10 aircraft. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as engineering design changes. Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings. Performs preliminary analyses of data concerning technical data.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
6 years of relevant experience.
Previous Logistics, Business, or Engineering experience in the Aircraft/Defense environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Considerable knowledge of aircraft specifically A-10 environment.
Understanding of Aircraft, Electrical (schematic) System drawings.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors' degree is preferred.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
