Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Teller I or II for an opportunity in Palmdale, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under close direction will be responsible for performing assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions as required. These transactions include, but are not limited to, receiving and disbursing funds in accordance with all credit union policies and procedures and processing mail transactions. Responsible for staying current with all applicable policies and procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have banking experience.
Teller I: High school graduate or equivalent. Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication abilities. No prior teller experience is required.
Teller II: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years' experience of teller and/or new account representative experience. Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and business-like communication abilities. Proficient knowledge of credit union products and services.

EDUCATION:
High School degree/GED.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
