Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Administrator I for an opportunity in Walton, KY.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a critical member of our IT team responsible for user workstation migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Interface with internal Safran susiness employees and the IT team to image, configure, deploy, test, and document the migration of user computing equipment. A customer oriented approach is a must!

o Document and organize the migration / update of software applications, computer
hardware, and peripheral equipment on the LAN, coordinating campaigns with internal resources
or third parties when necessary
o Provision supplies and software needed machines being migrated
o Monitor and evaluate efficiency of software/hardware migration, providing feedback to users
and department peers; making suggestions for improvement
o Monitor and report licenses on applications to ensure compliance when necessary
o Monitor and maintain asset inventory tracking, coordinate equipment replacement
o Perform other related duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory
o Two years technical training or experience in technical support and systems administration
o Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7 /10 and Microsoft Office products
o Experience with LAN/WAN network fundamentals
o Experience with PC imaging (Microsoft SCCM), Windows configuration preferred.
o Mastery of troubleshooting principles and problem-solving skills to resolve IS related issues
o Flexibility to manage and solve multiple problems at one time
o Establish rapport with users and promote efficient, organized computer usage
o Write and speak clearly and concisely
o Maintain confidentiality
Minimum experience level required: More than 2 years
Additional Languages preferred English (Fluent)

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
M-F, 8am-5pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
