Chipton-Ross is seeking a Paralegal C for an opportunity in Renton, WA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidates must have the ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, capable of meeting deadlines, organized, and process and detail-oriented.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract review and drafting, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, exposure to intellectual property issues, and demonstrated abilities to learn and adapt quickly, anticipate the needs of supervising attorneys and internal clients, to triage and issue spot, and to own and drive issues to resolution. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to explain legal positions to others, including attorneys and paralegals representing companies that do business with Boeing; and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Prefer five (5) years’ experience in a full-service law firm or corporate in-house counsel setting. A Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's degree is desired.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
