Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Records Coordinator for an opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Sort, separate, arranging and imaging of records and documents for the TM-Site
Record/Archive System
* Enters information into and retrieves information from a complex Record/Archive system by
through a computer terminal
* Stores and retrieves records and files upon request
* Fields internal requests for information in regards to Records/Archives
* Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline
work processes,

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* Advanced – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
* Principles and procedures used in maintaining and controlling a complex filing system
* Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
* Keep privileged information confidential
* Understand and follow oral and written instructions in the English language
? Remain in a sitting position for extended periods of time
* Works cooperatively with others
* Communicate orally with customers, clients, the public, and other employees in a face-to-face,
one-on-one setting and using a telephone.
* Perform duties rapidly and accurately.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
M-F 7-4

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
