Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administration Generalist in Newport News, VA.
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Candidates submitted must a completed Bachelor's degree. This position is needed to support all of Business Technology and Information Technology departments.
This position is highly visible therefore this individual needs to be very professional and polished.
Candidates submitted should have the following skills:
• Excellent oral and written communications - especially email
• Business Entrepreneur
• Comfortable in learning & working in multiple software applications
• Positive Customer Service attitude at all times
PPE will be needed but not on day 1- steel toes, hard hat, safety glasses.
Primary work site location will be outside the yard gates
Candidates submitted must a completed Bachelor's degree.
Candidates without a completed degree will not be considered.
7:30AM to 4PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
