Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Reverse Logistics Specialist for an opening in Swedesboro, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative work – Data entry, confirm closeout appointments with vendors, manage completed paperwork and check for errors. Logistical experience – Tracking of returned orders. Visibility to delays or exceptions. Generate multiple reports via Excel. Make outbound calls to vendor. Send outbound communication via outlook to vendor.

REQUIREMENTS:
Administrative experience. Logistical experience - Tracking. Professionalism, phone etiquette, and customer service skills a must. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel a must – Strong computer skills. Responsible for managing phone calls and emails from external and internal customers. Interact with internal and external clients to ensure continuous customer satisfaction. Minimum of 3 years customer service experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks. Attention to detail.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
