Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an ADP Payroll Assistant for an opportunity in Irving, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will act as a liaison between the United States Shared Service Centers and our Affiliates (wholly owned companies) to ensure flawless data migration from the old payroll systems to the new payroll and time systems.
Primary responsibilities will entail reviewing Employee Payroll Change Reports, determining what changes can be uploaded into the new ADP Vantage payroll system via a Data Bridge or other means; then resolving the changes that will require calling/emailing an HR/Payroll colleague to manually collect information and update the new system correctly.

" Collect data for various processes and programs, including creating reports and queries to account for large data uploads and transfers.
" Compare detailed data sets using a variety of techniques including Vlookups.
" Maintain data accuracy and integrity from various sources.
" Develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
" Execute assigned projects, including data collection, testing criteria and implementations.
" Write, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries for ongoing business units' needs.
" Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
" Documenting procedures and assist in the training of end-users.
" Support day-to-day end-user help requests.
" Perform all other duties as may be required by the needs of the business.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
" Strong MS Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup and other advanced Excel functions and formulas).
" Proficiency in problem analysis, issue resolution, planning and time management.
" Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
" Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time and work in a fast-paced office environment.
" Ability to maintain confidential information, professional demeanor under pressure and effectively work with employees at all levels.
" Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
" Strong administrative and organizational skills with the proven ability to take initiative to complete assignments.
" The ideal candidate is a team player, a quick learner, self-motivated/self-starter and detailed oriented.
" A minimum of two years, with a preference for three or more years of experience in Human Resources/Finance/Other related fields specifically focused on the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS and other related experience.
" A preference for experience implementing HRIS systems.
" ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, ADP Human Capital Management system, experience of at least one year is required.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer science, Human Resources or related degree or equivalent years of experience in the field is a plus.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
