Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Plumber for an opportunity in El Segundo, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems. Ensure building plumbing systems operate properly and in sanitary condition.
Perform preventive maintenance on air, water, and drainage systems. Maintain all buildings in areas of domestic water, industrial water, sprinkler water and fire water.
Assists other trades as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Vocational, technical, administrative skills and methods taught in specialized training and/or learned through formal apprenticeship.
Requires lifting, bending, crawling, welding, soldering, braising and cleaning in cramped, tight and/or high areas.
Three (3) or more years of experience are preferred at the Journey Level as it relates to the position.
Preferred Qualifications (optional):
Computer skills.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek. 1st shift BUT candidate MUST be available after hours and weekends IF needed.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
