Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an A&R Assistant for an opportunity in West Hollywood, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain appointment schedule and calendar
Book travel, meetings, calls, and conferences
Schedule conference calls/meetings (both internal and external)
Produce expense reports / Administer T&E expenses twice per month Provide status reports on all artists and internal projects by collecting and analyzing information Summarize meeting and call details for reference Provide general administrative support
Research and create one-sheets containing data on an unsigned artist
Create music links for weekly A&R meeting
Organize and submit incoming studio/travel/talent invoices acting as interface between Finance and A&R Departments. Assist in tracking of recording budgets vs actual expenditures w/ A&R Admin Assist in booking artist travel for the roster Read, research, and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information; initiate telecommunications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Microsoft Office, Written Communication, Organization, Multitasking, Data Entry Skills, Self-Development, Project Management, Flexible Work Schedule, Knowledge Of And Experience With Social Media, Passion For Music, Trustworthy

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
