Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Finance Assistant in Needham, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the implementation of a uniform approach to measuring and evaluating standard financial performance. Monitors and analyzes business performance by providing & tracking actuals vs. budget and forecasts while identifying anomalies and making recommendations. Supports Division business reviews by providing financial insight to trends, financial metrics, and develops proactive alternatives for improving results for above mentioned areas.

REQUIREMENTS:
3-6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing business environment. Skilled in financial modeling, and Excel. Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment. Strong working knowledge of Hyperion Reporting a plus.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
