Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Procurement Representative for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Devmichelop subcontract Packages in accordance Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
-Review/ Develop statements of work,
-Conduct negotiations for best value, delivery schedule, and Terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
-Analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors,
-Process Supplier metrics and sourcing metrics;
-Identify trends and implement process improvements
-Writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
-Work with Contracts, Program Managers and suppliers to ensure orders are placed timely, and inventory is received and invoiced.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with SAP, Proficient with Microsoft office suites and Previous Procurement experience is required

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

MISCELLANEOUS:

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
