- Chipton-Ross is seekign a Production Technician for an opening in Logan, UT.
Responsible for working with the validation engineering team performing tests as assigned which include, but not limited to, preparing samples for tensile testing, perform tensile testing, measuring product, destructive testing for validation purposes. This position requires following cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and working in a fast-paced team environment.
Perform testing on various pieces of equipment. Accurately enter test results per procedure and report the results as assigned. Become proficient with equipment in the QC laboratories. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Ability to work with manufacturing and warehouse personnel. Ability to accurately follow procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Computer skills are essential to process customer complaints. Demonstrated ability to complete assigned projects and tasks on time. Standard day shift work schedule but will need to be flexibility in work schedule as well as overtime as required.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as required. Ability to stand for long periods of time operating testing equipment. Must have the ability to stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
