Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Product Manager for an opening in Carlsbad, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Product Manager will work under the direction of the Senior Digital Product Manager for Marketing Operations and Customer Data. This individual will be primarily focused on coordination of User Acceptance testing, performing hands-on project management, to coordinate execution and communicate status across various Business stakeholders of the Marketing Systems.
The Product Manager will work closely with multiple business operational leads, the IT Program office, the IT development teams and the IT QA lead, to drive execution of user acceptance testing for the end to end business processes that are impacted by the Adobe Analytics Reimplementation project. This person has strong written and verbal communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT project delivery including risk and issue management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years related experience (Digital Marketing technology, Marketing software or Digital product management) at senior analyst or manager level
Excellent analytical skills for translation of business needs into technology-based solutions
Ability to bridge the gap between IT and marketing, in order to understand the business process needs and translate those needs to the development team
Strong verbal/written communication skills; negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
Collaboration and relationship-building skills for working with cross-functional areas (IT, Business Marketing, Sales, eBusiness, Digital Marketing, Finance) and third-party vendors throughout project definition and execution.
Strong project management skills including the ability to formulate and drive detailed plans and key performance indicators
Self-starter with experience working within, influencing within, and networking within the political climate of a large matrixed organization
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
Thrives in a complex fast-paced environment
Possesses bias towards action and experimentation
Agile or scrum IT experience preferred

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
