Chipton-Ross is seeking HR Support for an opportunity in Littleton/Waterton, CO

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include performing training logistic functions in the LMS for registrations and class schedules; data clean up and reconciliation activities, shipping course materials for various classes, help with maintenance of the classroom and inventory/storage areas, run standard reports, place reproduction orders, answer simple email inquiries and help manage the volume of email requests/inquires, provide students course credit for class completions, and help with other training logistic activities and tasks.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Technologically Savvy Strong attention to detail Ability to work with large amounts of data/information and numbers; data gathering and keeping organized Ability to follow instructions to create standard reports/ respond to requests Skilled with analysis and problem solving Ability to consistently manage work activities to achieve deadlines Demonstrate Interpersonal skills working with various styles and types of teams. Ability to work in fast pace environments experience significant change

Skills Preferred:
Experience working in a training environment using a learning management system.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift, 9/80
8:00am-5:00pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
