- Chipton Ross is seeking an Accounts Payable Admin in King of Prussia, PA.
General Administrative duties include:
o Answering phone calls and voice mail messages on the AP 1-800 number
o Manage approximately 450 emails daily via our AP Mailbox. Distributing of work to the appropriate AP Specialist when applicable.
o Addressing Non-PO invoices, sending out form letters of compliance
o Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable Department as needed
o Cross train with the Verifier / Optimizer position. This position verifies all incoming invoices that were scanned into the Readsoft software making sure they have all the required information. Optimizing the vendor profile when needed.
Scanning duties include:
o Open mail, including interoffice, US Postal Service and express mail
o Sort mail into proper categories to prep for scanning into the ReadSoft software
o Scan invoices into the system
Verification duties include:
o Verify the accuracy of the data that was captured and interpreted by the ReadSoft software.
o Follow up with Vendor Master to create new vendors or changing vendor addresses as required when master data is found to require modification.
o Accounts Payable process knowledge desirable
o Requires strong attention to detail and flexibility
o Proficiency with computers; specifically Word , Excel and e-mail
o Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both within and outside the company
o Ability to act with discretion in handling confidential information
o Excellent grammar and spelling; accurate typing and proofreading
o SAP / Readsoft experience a plus
o High School degree
o Full time, first shift.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
