- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Revenue Recognition Specialist for an opening in Allentown, PA.
The Revenue Specialist takes a wide range of responsibilities to maintain invoicing operations within the Accounting Team. The position is responsible for generating invoices and providing supporting reports on a monthly basis. In addition interact with internal and external customers.
Preparation of invoices and billing packages for delivery to our customers. Billing of customers for services purchased. Reviews invoices prior to submission to our customers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders. Reviews contracts and configures invoicing according to agreed terms. Ensures adequate controls during developing invoicing. Suggest / Implement process improvements. Ad Hoc accounting projects. Support finance and accounting functions.
3+ Years Revenue Experience, Billing and Invoicing. Strong attention to detail. Requires critical thinking and problem solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to set goals and meet deadlines. Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Filemaker is a plus
Accredited Associates / Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Business.
1st shift - Flexible
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
