Chipton-Ross is seeking an Admin Functional Support 2 for an opportunity in Promontory, UT.
Manage work queue to order new and replacement mobile devices from various suppliers (i.e smartphone, cell phones, aircards, and pagers).
Hardware provisioning and basic troubleshooting.
Assist with supplier activation issues.
Interface with suppliers on order placement/provisioning issues.
Database input and managing data integrity.
Organizes & prioritizes assigned procurement requests on a daily basis to process requests within established Service Level Agreements.
Maintains logs documenting all actions taken. Escalates issues and problems that are outside of normal guidance and activities to team leads/management.
Participate in weekly team meetings and supplier meetings.
Perform tasks within Mobile Device Management tool as needed (adding user profiles, generating enrollment tokens).
High school degree.
MUST Key a minimum of 65 wpm with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
Strong customer service skills, answering general questions, and assisting various levels of customers via email, Instant Messaging and phone.
Exhibits good communication skills, an energetic approach, and patience with customers.
Quick learner that is well-organized, detail-oriented, with good time management skills.
Strong work ethic and team player attitude
Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Familiarity with Android phones and iPhones and able to quickly learn new technologies.
Experience using a Request-management ticketing system.
Proficient with Microsoft products such as Windows 7, Windows 10, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Familiarity working in web portals.
High school degree is required.
School must be accredited.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
