Chipton Ross is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Batesville, IN.

Job Summary: Work in conjunction with the managers and salespeople to better serve customers, thus, generating and increase in sales. *Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under minimum supervision.

Responsiblities: Other duties may be assigned: *Provide day to day support to allocated team members to meet customer requirements *Follow existing procedures to process orders, provide order status updates, look up part numbers and pricing information *Processes Request for Material Authorization (RMA) and provide RMA status information as needed *Support the Hill-Rom business for the areas and/or customers that they support *Manage the distributor relationship in all support aspects being the single point of contact for all matters with the exception of establishing pricing or sales quotas *Proficient knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures that are common to a customer centric organization *Ability to work with a cross functional team *This includes; account setup, order processing/management, delivery coordination logistics carriers (internal and external), Hill-Rom Service, and the end customer.

• Proficient in Excel and Word
• JD Edwards and Imagenow experience a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven Customer Service and phone skills with a strong positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi task

Associate degree acceptable or equivalent work experience.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
