Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Generalist in Newport News, VA.
Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
Must have 3 Years with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Position will specifically support manpower planning, computer resources and inventory, metrics reporting. Special requirements include:
• Working with manning plans or resource allocation
• Coordinating on boarding employees with computer hardware and software, inventories
• General coordinating of processes and tasks in the department
• Experience with Microsoft products, especially Excel.
Slight possibility of driving required to go to another building or pick up materials.
Bachelors or Masters is required.
Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00 pm
