Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Admin Support for an opening in Orlando, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Support person within Client Enterprise Operations (EO) organization, supporting the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Information Technology (IT) business area. The candidate will be part of a fast paced team and is expected to think on their feet and work independently. Opportunities may include, but are not limited to:
o Monitor daily batch job schedules
o Perform first tier support in solving job failures, escalate and collaborate with the tier 2 and tier 3 support as needed
o Assist team in managing Service and Change request tickets
o Interact with the user community to assist with a variety of technical problems
o Other administrative support for Business Intelligence & Analytics tools

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Candidates MUST have Data Services (SAP Business Objects Data Services) experience.
o General knowledge of ETL processes and systems
o Basic understanding of mainstream database systems o General experience with job scheduling systems
o General experience with IT Service Management systems (e.g. Service Now or Remedy)
o PLSQL, Trans-SQL, general trouble shooting/performance improvement
o Experience with SQL Developer, SMSS (SQL Server Mgmt Studio)

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
