Chipton-Ross is seeking a PC Network Tech 2 for an opportunity in Warner Robins, GA.
Position will be required to perform desktop & laptop break/fix, refreshes, new installs and troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues to resolution. Utilizing vFire ticketing system for all work, documenting all work and closing ticket when complete.
AA or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 3+ years of related experience. Two additional years of applicable work experience may be substituted for degree requirement (Total of 5 years relevant experience with a high school degree).
Must have CompTia A+ Certification
Must have 2+ years of PC technical support experience supporting large user populations.
Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Windows 7, Windows 10, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Strong familiarity with hardware components such as video cards, hard drives, network adapters and motherboards.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs.
Experience in Active Directory configuring user and computer accounts.
Experience supporting Win10 and Bitlocker in a corporate environment.
HP and Dell Warranty Support Certification.
High School or AA or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline is required.
School must be accredited.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
