Chipton-Ross is seeking a Call Center Service Rep for an opportunity in Irving, TX.
The Call Center Service Representative III (CSR) answers incoming requests via telephone, Internet, and/or correspondence from internal and external customers as the first tier of customer support. The CSR performs administrative activities in support of Human Resources functions.
Must have experience with special tools training for various HR and Information Technology systems utilized.
High school degree/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
