- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Employee Data Mgmt Spec 1 for an opportunity in Hazelwood, MO.
Analyzes and appropriately responds to basic and moderately complex customer requests via tickets generated in Service Now using Workday. Interfaces with customers via electronic, written or verbal communication to respond to HR data inquires. Partners with resources, such as Global Staffing, Payroll, Benefits, Global Mobility, etc in order to resolve requests. Takes appropriate action, using good judgment and problem solving skills as well as established guidelines/procedures (where they exist) in order to satisfactorily resolve customer requests. Helps to document and establish guidelines/procedures as needed. Interprets and explains HR business processes to customer inquires.
Workday experience is required.
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Start Time: 7:30 AM
End Time: 4:00 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
