Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Process Analyst - Medicaid SME for an opportunity in Baton Rouge, LA.

Provide assistance to the State in developing and implementing information exchange and master data management by leveraging existing infrastructure, software and data sources.
Responsibilities: Facilitate interactive sessions with cross functional teams. Capture and elaborate business requirements. Document processes. Advise the technical team on data compliance requirements. Support development of data governance.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution and 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience; OR 15 years of related experience will satisfy degree and work experience requirement (with a high school degree).
Must be a Subject matter expertise in Medicaid.
Must have experience with Facilitation of executive level resources.
Understanding of business processes in health and human services.
Understanding of privacy regulations and applying best practices in the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain.
Must have experience with implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in the HHS space.
Experience working across multiple departments/programs to develop a 360-degree view of the patient.
Experience supporting data governance implementation or expansion.
Business process design in the HHS space experience.
Relational database interaction using SQL (or SQL-based tools) experience.
Requirements gathering, documentation and analysis experience.
Building Concept of Operations documents - Contribute to the development of Technical Design documentation experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Relevant Experience:
Expertise with application of Design Thinking.
Business rules formulation and externalization.
Identifying and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance.
Understanding of modeling tools such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Unified Modeling Language (UML).
Experience working with vulnerable populations.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.

5/40 workweek.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
