Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Janitor for an opening in Mason, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Facility Manager, this position will maintain the premises, restrooms and working areas of the office and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Maintains the premises, restrooms and working areas of the office and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Performs a variety of maintenance service duties including dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; and trash removal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Previous related maintenance service experience is required.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Experience providing customer service in a professional business environment is desired.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80,1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
