Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator - VOIP for an opportunity in Raleigh, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator with strong knowledge of networking to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Raleigh, NC. This is an on-site position with no telecommute possibilities. This position is part of the Northrop Grumman's ETS Contract with the United States Postal Service, bringing top of the line professional technologists to their teams.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but limited to:
o Compile reports of accomplishments from multiple teams and format them for presentation to managers and USPS executives.
o Attend and record scheduled team meetings and transcribe the meeting notes and action items as needed.
o Prepare slides, presentations and documentations for meetings for management and USPS executives.
o Anticipates, initiates, coordinates and follows-up on team projects and other special projects.
o Create, schedule and maintain all projects with Microsoft Project.
o Efficiently and promptly schedules and coordinates meetings, conference calls, presentations and events.
o Maintain issues tracking spreadsheets and follow up with teams as needed to drive deadlines.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years' relevant experience. Additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum 3 years networking experience.
Proven strong experience with MS office suite.
Exceptional abilities with MS PowerPoint and past experience creating presentations for executives.
Strong knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, VOIP.
Working knowledge of computer networking concepts and terminology.
Must have a positive attitude and be resourceful and pro-active, and a natural ability to take initiative and ownership required for success.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Internally motivated, driven and able to work independently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with course work in business administration, management information systems, computer science or other relevant discipline.
Past experience managing projects.
Local to the Raleigh, NC area as this position does not offer relocation assistance.

School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek.

MISCELLANEOUS:
